St. Louis County is made up of 82 separate municipalities with their own government, fire & police, although there are still some areas that fall under unincorporated St. Louis County.  Some of the smaller incorporated municipalities in St. Loius county are Brentwood, Clayton, Des Peres, Webster Groves, Sunset Hills, University City, Ballwin, Wildwood, Town & Country, Ladue, Olivette, and more!
