The Webster-Kirkwood Times presents the 9th Annual Jazz and Blues Festival in historic old Webster Groves Saturday September 19 from noon until 11 p.m. It's FREE!! This year they feature the music from the jazz scene of Las Vegas from the 1960's. 11 different bands will be featured throughout the day. Fabulous food vendors all day and night along with a variety of spirits. The happening streets are Gore, Allen and Lockwood.
