Buyer Needs Analysis

Like every other aspect of the highly personalized services my team and I provide, the needs analysis is unique to every cae.  However, in an effort to give you a taste of what to expect, these are the types of questions I ask

  1. What is your preferred method of communication?  Email? Text? Phone call?
  2. Tell me about the home you live in now.  What do you love about it?  What do you wish were different?
  3. What is important to you in the community or neighborhood you will live in?  Is it large and metropolitan feeling?  Medium but spread out with plenty of shopping?   Small and quaint where you walk to the library and coffee shop?
  4. How important are schools to you?  What about the schools is important?
  5. How long do you plan to own your next home?
  6. Does anyone in the family have special needs?
  7. Do you need to sell before you can buy?
  8. What is your price range?
  9. What length of commute time would you not want to exceed?
  10. What style of home do you like?  Master on the first floor or all bedrooms on the second floor?
  11. Desired number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc.
  12. What can I do to make this the best experience you've had buying a home?
