Holly Hills, located in south St. Louis, is defined by Grand Blvd. to the east, Bates St. to the north, Morgan Ford Rd. to the west, and Loughborough Ave. to the south. Holly Hills real estate is centrally located, so if you are looking for something else, you should be able to find it close by. For example, Bahn Mi So (Siagon cuisine) is one of St. Louis’ best restaurants, and is located only about 10 mintues from Holly Hills.

Parks and Recreation

This community has the third largest park in St. Louis, Carondelet Park. This 179-acre park has beautiful lakes and picturesque scenery along with picnic areas, a playground with a lighted baseball and softball diamonds, plus tennis courts and even a bandstand. There are also two other nearby parks, Willmore Park and Francis Park. St. Louis is also home to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks in the United States.

St. Louis also provides countless family activities including attending a Cardinals game, spending a day at Six Flags, or visiting the St. Louis Zoo. If you are looking for an educational as well as entertaining excursion, visit the St. Louis Science Center. One of the nation’s leading space education facilities, the center also has an Omnimax theater, interactive exhibits and experiments, and 700 hands-on displays.

Holly Hills real estate has a unified theme of brick and stone houses due to the availability of these resources in the 1890s and 1900s when the many of the local homes were built. There are gorgeous, broad tree-lined streets. The style of homes ranges from luxurious mansions to quaint bungalows. The average sale price of the homes in this community is just shy of $100,000 while the average sale price for all of St. Louis is $79,000. The cost of living in St. Louis is quite low despite it being a major metropolitan city.

They all provide quality care and specialize in numerous areas including Cancer, Geriatrics, Diabetes & Endocrinology, and Orthopedics.

Holly Hills is located close to I-55, which runs north to south and would make visiting the rest of the state simple. If you are looking to go a little farther, the Lambert – St. Louis International Airport is located just 30 minutes away.
